About Moore Northern Home Counties
Our Story
Our story began in May 2011, when Moore Stephens Enfield Limited was established as an independent firm in Enfield by founding partners Robin Worby and David Anderson.
At the time, we were a team of just 15 people operating from a single office. More than a decade later, almost half of those original team members remain with us. We see that as a real testament to the loyalty, expertise and dedication of the people who have been at the heart of our business from the very beginning.
In September 2015, we took an important step forward with the acquisition of our Stevenage office, significantly extending our geographic reach and expanding our client base.
In 2019, the business was renamed Moore Northern Home Counties, the name we proudly continue to operate under today.
Our most recent chapter began in April 2024, when we acquired the OBK practice in Goffs Oak. At the same time, our Enfield operation relocated to Goffs Oak, which has been our home ever since.
Today, our team has grown to more than 50 people, reflecting the strength and continued development of the business. Yet, despite that growth and the changes over the years, one thing has remained constant: our commitment to the high standards, personal service and professional expertise that have been part of our journey since day one.
From 15 people in one Enfield office to a team of more than 50 spread across two offices, our story is one of growth — built on people, relationships and a commitment to doing things well.
