Daniel is an Audit Partner at Moore Northern Home Counties, having joined the firm in 2021. He has extensive experience across audit and accounting, having previously worked at BDO and Deloitte, as well as spending time in industry as a Finance Manager.
He works with clients across a wide range of sectors, with particular expertise in manufacturing and professional services. He has extensive experience leading audits for businesses of varying sizes and complexities and takes a commercial, practical approach to the audit process. He believes that an audit should be more than simply a compliance exercise and enjoys identifying opportunities to provide additional insight and added value to clients wherever possible.
While audit is a key part of his role, he enjoys working with clients beyond the audit itself and acting as a trusted adviser to their businesses. His approachable nature allows him to build strong, long-term relationships with clients, and he enjoys helping them with a broad range of issues, from tax and accounting matters through to wider commercial and business advice. He particularly values understanding his clients' businesses and providing practical advice that helps them achieve their objectives.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his young family and, when time allows, following his favourite football team, Notts County.
