Francis Corbishley
Francis is one of the firm’s senior partners, having joined the practice as a partner in 2012. Over the years, he has built a reputation as a trusted adviser to a wide range of businesses, combining technical expertise with a practical, commercial approach.
As one of the firm’s audit partners, Francis works closely with many of the firm’s largest clients, helping them navigate complex financial and regulatory requirements. Alongside his audit responsibilities, he is heavily involved in tax strategy and planning, providing tailored advice that supports both business growth and long-term wealth preservation.
Francis has extensive experience across a number of sectors, including property, construction, leisure, healthcare and recruitment. His broad industry knowledge enables him to understand the challenges and opportunities facing businesses in these sectors and provide advice that is both relevant and commercially focused.
As a business owner himself, Francis particularly enjoys working with owner-managed businesses. He values being involved in the day-to-day operational and strategic discussions that help businesses succeed, acting as a sounding board and trusted adviser to entrepreneurs and management teams alike.
Outside of work, family life keeps Francis firmly on his toes. With three teenagers at home, there is never a quiet moment. When time allows, he enjoys staying active through sport, regularly playing six-a-side football and the occasional round of golf . He is also actively involved in coaching and supporting his children’s football and cricket teams, combining his passion for sport with family life.
