Matt Bradbury
Matt is a Chartered Tax Advisor with more than 12 years’ experience advising entrepreneur’s and families.
Before joining the firm, he worked for a top-six accountancy practice in London, where he gained extensive experience advising high net worth families and PLC companies.
Matt specialises in corporate structuring and transactions, including company reorganisations, acquisitions, management buyouts and succession planning. Matt also advises businesses on the design and implementation of tax-efficient incentives for directors and key employees. His wider areas of expertise include international and cross-border tax matters, family investment companies, Stamp Duty and Stamp Duty Land Tax, and the taxation of property transactions and investments.
Matt’s key skill is the ability to explain complex advice in a client friendly manner. This leads to great discussions and real-life solutions that assist clients. There is no problem that Matt will not try and solve for his clients by thinking outside the box.
Outside of work Matt is a keen sportsman.
