Victoria joined Moore Northern Home Counties as Marketing and Project Manager in October 2026. Leading the firm's new website project and marketing activities across both the Goffs Oak and Stevenage offices, she is passionate about raising the profile of Moore Northern Home Counties and helping the firm become an even more familiar and trusted name within the local business community. Building on the excellent work already being done across the practice, Victoria is keen to further strengthen the firm's community presence and expand its support for local businesses, organisations and initiatives.

Having spent seven years working within the chartered accountancy sector, Victoria brings a strong understanding of the profession, combined with a structured, results-focused approach to growing the business, welcoming new clients and strengthening existing relationships.

Away from marketing, Victoria's career path has been far from conventional. She passed her stockbroking exams and worked on both equity and Eurobond trading floors in the City before becoming an entrepreneur in her own right, running a successful business in the equine industry. This blend of corporate, financial and entrepreneurial experience gives her a genuine appreciation of the challenges faced by business owners and the importance of building lasting client relationships.
